Your Information

What type of information do we collect?

When you visit our website and place a one-off order, contact us, or participate in a promotion, we may collect your personal information. This includes your name, phone number, email and postal addresses, in any combination or entirety. We also receive the date and time you visit our site, the internet browser and operating system you are using, the name and host from which you access the internet, and the IP (internet protocol) address of the computer you are using.

Do We Use Cookies?

Yes. These small data files are stored on your computer whenever you visit a website. We use them to help you shop on our E-store, allowing personalisation and enhancement of the user experience. Cookies may also be used to remove the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information when you shop, to improve our store content, functionality, efficiency and reliability, and to track store and website user patterns. You may configure your browser to not accept cookies, which may reduce the functionality of the store. We will not be able to access any information on your computer if you do accept them, apart from the data stored on the cookie.

What do we do with Your Information?

It is possible that we may use your collected details in a number of ways, including: ⁃ To process and complete your order and all actions associated with it, such as sending confirmatory emails regarding order status and shipment, and general business communications. To communicate and send you details regarding products, promotions and services, by email, post or other means, where you have specified you would like to receive this information. To protect the integrity and security of our business and site. ⁃ To acknowledge and respond to any enquiries you may have, as quickly as possible. It is always your choice to receive any newsletters or promotional material. You can opt out at any time and we will remove your details from our database. You can opt-out from our newsletters by opening the email and clicking on the "Unsubscribe" text at the bottom. You can also email us and we will do it for you.

Website and Credit Card Security

The security of our website and all credit card information is something we take very seriously. We attempt at all times to provide a safe, secure and reliable online store experience. Our e-store payment area uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and is operated by DLS. Your information is encrypted as it is transmitted over the internet. This encryption mixes up information such as billing details, credit card number and delivery address so that other computers cannot decipher the information. This ensures security and privacy.

To make sure your server is secure when in the payment gateway, check for the closed lock or unbroken key symbol located generally either at the bottom left, bottom right or top right of your browser window. If you can see this, then SSL is active. This can also be double checked by looking at the URL. If SSL is active, then the first characters of that line will read ‘https’ rather than just ‘http’. If you are making your purchase from an account on our site and you are on a shared computer, make sure you log out at the completion of your transaction.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We maintain the right to change and update this privacy policy at any time. These changes will be published as soon as they are active. Please check our policy on a regular basis to keep up to date with these modifications. By continuing to shop with us, you are agreeing to abide by and accept these changes.
