Design are regularly sent all over the world, usually to Europe and the USA. Some of these
are stock items which may be shown on this web site. Airfreight can take less than a week
to main world centres and, because of the exchange rate, the imported piece is often still
cheaper than comparable locally made items (if you can find anything comparable!) But new, unique pieces are also made for
internet clients from contact through this web site. In this case the design is discussed
and developed by e-mail. For a small fee, conceptual drawings will be sent, usually by
e-mail, and possibly also wood samples. The copyright of these works remains with the
designer. During construction the client will receive regular digital images of the work
in progress. Payment for the work need only be sent when the client has received notice
from customs brokers that it has landed in their country. The Bill of Loading will then be
released, which is needed for uplift of the goods.
